Are customers or sites charged separately?
No. Paid plans include unlimited customers, sites and users. Active monitor limits determine scale.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Launch is $288/year, Growth is $792/year and Scale is $1,788/year. Paddle checkout presents the final amount before payment.
What happens when I downgrade?
Your monitoring data is preserved. Existing monitors continue; new additions are blocked only while usage remains above the new limit.
Does submitting a plan request create a subscription?
No. It prepares an email for team-guided onboarding. No tenant, trial, checkout, or subscription exists until the corresponding later step is completed.
